LA FRESA MEXICAN BISTRO – Authentic Latin Flavors & Vibrant Dining in Happy Valley, OR

My family really enjoyed our dinner last night, everything was delicious. La Fresa has a fun atmosphere with a great patio space. Our favorite dish was the Carna Asada and their Horchata is one of the best I’ve ever had.

Let start by say the place is BEAUTIFUL! It’s cozy and comfy like having dinner in with your family at home but in a cute atmosphere, the food ieven poses nicely just like the pics! The drinks FABULOUS!!! And the waiter JESSE IS AMAZING!!! and the other staff is wonderful as well!! I can’t get enough !!! Too bad I’m not rich and can’t go as much as I’d like too but the prices are good too so I’ll be there soon!!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and the service was more than excellent, it exceed any expectations that we had. I chose this restaurant because of the pictures of the food in Google maps, and let me say it tastes even better than it looks, the drinks are super tasty, I had Mi Ex with Mezcal and it was great. The restaurant was not full when we went but it was still nice, the music was the perfect volume and they were some great song choices. They gifted me cheese cake at the end and sang happy birthday, it was an amazing experience.

What an exciting time to be Latinos and Entrepreneurs here in the Pacific Northwest, especially in the beautiful town of Happy Valley, OR where just a couple of lights away, there’s this new wonderful Latin restaurant called, La Fresa Mexican Bistro. The moment you walk in, you are immediately welcomed with a smile, calming pink walls, hanging plants with lights, soothing Latin music, a gorgeous painting of Frida which all invite you to celebrate the Latin culture of our community. It was also wonderful seeing our dear friend Kelsey dazzling customers that evening with her Fairytale Face Painting for the grand opening. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. As you can see from our photos, we loved our every bit of it. Especially their Carne Asada and Chicken Flautas were so delicious and top notch. Next time, we’re gonna have to try their Fresas con Cremá y Flan. Wishing La Fresa Mexican Bistro all the very best has they continue sharing the rich Latin culture of Mexico. If you haven’t yet visited, what are you waiting for? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience at La Fresa Mexican Bistro! My friend and I visited La Fresa Mexican Bistro for their grand opening, and wow , it did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is stunning. The vibrant pink walls, gorgeous mural, and stylish decor make the whole place feel like a dream , it’s truly a vibe, especially if you’re a fan of pink like I am! Seating is open, so you can sit wherever you’d like. The staff? Absolutely amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and easy to spot in their adorable pink polos and khakis. I really appreciate when restaurant staff look presentable, and every team member here looked polished and professional. Now let’s talk about the drinks delicious! I’m picky about blended piña coladas, and theirs was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the Margarita and Mimosa flights, and yep… we finished every drop. As for the food: • The Pollo Asado was seasoned and cooked to perfection. • The Camarones Momia were juicy and flavorful — not dry at all (which is rare to find elsewhere). • The Aguachiles had the perfect kick of spice and were super fresh. We even got to meet the owner and her family — all of whom were working hard and were incredibly kind to us. It really added a personal, heartfelt touch to the experience. And to top it off: live music from DJ DENVER made the night feel like a full-on celebration. Overall, the entire experience was amazing from the food and drinks to the people and vibe. I would give La Fresa Mexican Bistro 10 stars if I could. Honestly, I might be a little biased because I LOVE pink, but this spot is a whole vibe and I highly recommend checking it out!

Great ambiance! Food is beautifully presented and tasty! Interesting spins on typical Mexican dishes like Mexican sushi. I had the mole and loved the deep chocolate chili flavor! Margaritas are great - presented with a real flower on top. Highly recommend trying this place.

My husband and I went for a date night and had an incredible meal! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! The corn tortillas were also incredible. Highly recommend!

What a find! We just moved to the area and discovered this gem. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic! Amazing homemade chips and salsa. The chicken enchiladas were yummy and the flan was the best we've had. We're excited to come back soon and try the brunch options.
